Title: Front of House Manager

Aramark UK is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Front of House Manager to join the fantastic team at the Hartpury College, GL19 3BE. This is an exciting, permanent and full time opportunity reporting into our General Manager on site and will assume responsibility for the smooth running of all front of house operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and deal with customer complaints appropriately and ensure compliments are shared with the team
- Assist the Manager with all operational catering activity
- Serve customers and prep orders
- Job focused, administration to remain Aramark compliant
- Increasing sales through events, promotion, engaging content and social media posting
- Managing stock, cash and payroll costs on a daily basis to maintain supply and protect stocks
- Delivering outstanding standards in customer service, effective local networking and standards
- Motivating, coaching and leading the team alongside managing their performance and development
- Controlling costs through creating efficiencies, managing and meeting GP targets and understanding the venues profit and loss
- Utilising and maintaining software and IT platforms to follow internal procedures, operational and legislative compliance and health and safety
Key Requirements:
- Experience operating as a Front of House Manager or Supervisor, ready to take a step up
- Volume retail or catering experience is essential
- Able to deliver a first class customer experience
- Must have a can do attitude and be a great team player
