We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to be a part of our team based in Glasgow.

• £12.50 per hour
• Full time! 35 hours a week, Monday – Friday
• 7am – 3pm shifts (no evenings!)

What you'll be doing

• Catering duties including ensuring the café is clean and presentable
• Placing orders and assisting with stocktakes
• Assist the General Manager in the running of campus outlets
• Managing your team, making sure the best service is available to our customers whilst the unit is open
• Assist with staff rota scheduling
• Daily team briefs, assisting management with tasks
• Maintaining records
• Motivating and leading your team, leading by example and providing training
• Provide excellent customer service to the clients and deal with complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Serving hot food/beverages
• Till operating and cash handling – including cashing up

Experience:

• Previous experience working as a team leader/supervisor in a hospitality environment is desirable
• Previous barista experience desirable
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to shift patterns if required
