Title:  Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail unit. This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with Aramark standards and procedures. The successful candidate will act as a key representative of the store, supporting staff and driving operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in completing store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning tasks
• Comply with Aramark procedures regarding Opx and system requirements
• Implement Aramark policies and protocols to maintain future retail operations
• Support store targets, scorecard, and payroll management
• Conduct regular 360 audits to ensure the shop is functional and presentable
• Ensure all staff comply with Aramark policies and procedures
• Coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house retail operations
• Assist in delivering monthly inventory of all shop stock
• Follow and implement Aramark health and safety policies and procedures
• Identify current and future customer requirements by analyzing sales mixes
• Act as store representative and set an example for staff
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
• Ensure retail unit is merchandised and stock lines are presented according to approved planograms
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Act as lead operator in the absence of the Retail Manager
• Perform any other duties deemed appropriate by the Retail Manager and/or Campus General Manager

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role
• Passion for delivering excellent service
• Knowledge and experience with Food Hygiene practices (e.g., HACCP)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to liaise effectively with various departments
• Outgoing personality; reliable and dependable
• Flexible and able to work under pressure while prioritizing tasks
