Job Description

Support the  Management Team and perform  Hospitality and catering  duties at Medtronic 
Provide encouragement to Team Members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks are required. 
Effectively provide the highest level of guest service at all times
Deliver Hospitality bookings with particular attention to quality of service.
Ensure H&S management systems are in place and adhered too
Ensure a high level of presentation, personal hygiene and that uniform guidelines are adhered to at all times 
Ensure that the presentation of the hospitality  meets the standards of an industry leading visitor experience
To maintain the overall presentation of the Hospitality operation 
To report to the Department Manager  and team lead any incidents that could affect the presentation of the facility, or the health and safety of employees and guests. 
Assist Management Team with new team member training (under the Buddy System). 
Ensure company (Aramark) brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards and are within all compliance. 
Provide quality Customer Service, as per SLA, including interacting with customers, when required, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture for the Team Members.  
Ensure  daily service timelines are met. 

Job Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operation of hospitality , with onsite Management Team. 
Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
Report any defective equipment on your shift by either communicating to line manager or handover book. 
Working in the staff restaurant to ensure all items are stocked up
Working on the till ensuring customers are put through in a timely matter
Assist the unit manager  and team lead with any admin tasks that is needed during your shift 
Any other duties deemed appropriate or required by your Line Manager and or the company.
