Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Coffee Shop Manager to join our team working at Finchley Memorial Hospital.
You will be working as part of a fantastic team, leading the team from the front and overseeing the operation. The successful candidate will have people management experience and have experience in a similar position.
This is a permanent role working different shifts to include weekdays and weekends.

A day in the life of a Coffee Shop Manager
- Manage daily operations of the coffee shop using Aramark systems to meet sales targets and maintain gross profit percentage
- Monitor financial performance to ensure the site stays on track with business goals
- Lead a team of 7 staff, overseeing rotas, holiday planning, and professional conduct
- Foster team development by encouraging growth and maintaining high standards
- Ensure excellent customer service by engaging with hospital staff, patients, and visitors
- Build relationships with regular users of the facility to enhance customer experience.
- Understand hospital clinic schedules to align coffee shop operations with peak time
- Adapt services to meet the needs of both hospital staff and patients effectively
You'll be set up for success if you have:
- Experience operating as a generalist HR professional with skills in ER, L&D, TA, TUPE and Change Management
- CIPD qualified L5 is highly desirable
- Experience of managing senior stakeholders at a national level in large, complex operational area
- Competent collating, manipulating and presenting data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain cross functional stakeholder relationships
