A day in the life of a Head of Culinary – Sales & Business development:

  • Ultimate responsibility in creating a sales proposition for each sector.
  • Responsible for creating menus ideas that inspire and engage target customers.
  • Develop industry networks to support in the understanding of customer decision making and customer relationship management.
  • Assist the sellers in ideas of new looks and design to win new contracts. Also, to support the presentation team to gain access to and delivery of correct kit, including set up and support for the presentation.
  • Support on sales pitches and presentations.
  • Remain fully up to date with the latest culinary trends, techniques and fashions and provide input to benchmarking exercises and business cases, including visits to trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Work with operations team to ensure full retention of all sites.
