- Full time – 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday. 6am - 4pm

What you'll be doing
- •Management of a kitchen, or team within a kitchen, to ensure tasks are appropriately allocated and team members are fully utilised
- •Lead team to use best practice Food Production techniques in line with Aramark standard recipes, systems and brand standards
- •Direct and coach team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks, ensuring all training and development needs are met
- •Assists with performance monitoring, record keeping, recruitment and development for direct reports
- •Determine the food offer to ensure it meets customers’ demands and is profitable
- •Handle customer complaints
- •Ensure complete compliance of team with food safety and health and safety legislation and in line with Aramark standards
- •Report any incidents, near misses and health & safety issues to Unit Manager
- •Responsible for shift opening and closing checklists
- •Maintain good working relationships with all other members of the team
- •Undertake relevant training as required
- •Place orders as required
- •Carry out stock takes as required
Experience
- Previous culinary experience(2-3 years) within catering or retail
- Experience working in a busy kitchen
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
- A great passion for food and service
- Flexible approach to hours and duties
