We are currently recruiting a Corporate Receptionist to be a part of our integral team in Edinburgh.
For this role you must have strong IT skills such as MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel - Skills tests are part of the interview and selection process

Responsibilities:
- Greeting, welcoming, and signing in visitors/client using the correct security procedures
- Answering phone calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Booking taxis following company procedure
- Managing service mailbox
- Booking meeting rooms and hospitality
- Understanding and supporting guests with audio-visual equipment
- Assisting visitor with concierge services
- Offering client and their visitors administrative support
- Maintaining default standard of the reception area and meeting rooms
- Updating weekly and monthly reports
- Acting as an appropriate representative of the AEGON property helpdesk, reporting faults, updating logs and chasing outstanding issues
- Supporting other property service functions as required
- Participating in company training to improve standards of performance
Experience:
- Pro-active
- Flexible and adaptable
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer focus
- Attention to detail
- Previous reception experience within a similar style environment would be beneficial
- Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in customer service
- Team player
