Hours: 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 3:00pm)
Salary: £16,380

Are you an organised, customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional front-of-house service? We’re looking for a welcoming and proactive Receptionist to become a valued part of a busy site based in Edinburgh Park.

In this pivotal role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm welcome and delivering outstanding service with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome and sign in visitors, ensuring adherence to site security procedures
• Manage incoming calls and correspondence professionally
• Handle bookings for meeting rooms, hospitality and taxis
• Maintain reception and meeting room standards
• Provide administrative and concierge support to clients and their guests
• Operate AV equipment and assist with technical queries
• Monitor and update reports, fault logs, and service requests
• Support other site service functions as required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous reception or front-of-house experience is highly desirable
• Proactive, adaptable, and approachable attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and a strong customer service ethic
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team player with a positive, can-do approach
