Are you an experienced Cook or Chef looking for flexible work or extra income? Join our team and support cadet training camps across Scotland. You’ll earn £13.50 per hour (plus supplement) and enjoy variety, travel, and the chance to work with a world-class catering provider. 

What You’ll Do

• Run standalone camp kitchens and cook for 50–200 cadets. 
• Manage stock, deliveries, and kitchen paperwork. 
• Liaise with cadet training teams and STC management. 
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene. 
• A typical 3-day camp includes travel with stores, an evening meal on day one, full service on day two, and breakfast/lunch on the final day. 

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant culinary qualifications and strong cooking skills. 
• Flexible approach to hours and duties. 
• Full UK driving licence (max 6 points). 
• Basic Disclosure Scotland (funding available) and BPSS clearance. 
• Eligibility to work in the UK and residency for 3+ years.
