Contract Type: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 including weekends
Shifts: Typical shifts, 06:30 – 14:00, 14:30 – 22:00

What you’ll do:
- Oversee the smooth running of the Officers’ Mess (dining, bar, events), managing your team and ensuring top-notch service for members and military personnel.
- Ensure adherence to Food safety, Hygiene and Compliance.
- Supervise, train and support front-of-house staff.
- Assist in stock control, ordering, and inventory checks.
- Assist with scheduling and rota planning.
- Organise and deliver hospitality functions and formal dinners.
- Handle reception duties, cash management, and company paperwork.
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues effectively.
What we’re looking for:
- UK residency for the past 3 years and eligibility to work in the UK (security checks required).
- Previous customer-facing or food service experience.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Must be over 18.
- Operations administration and ability to be adaptable and work under pressure.
- Computer literacy and strong organisational skills.
