We’re looking for a Hospitality Chef to work at our client site in Edinburgh. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face of our retail unit, making sure customers have a great experience every time they visit.
What you’ll do
- Assist in the development and application of both Client and ARAMARK catering policy.
- Provide innovative, fresh, seasonal, consistent, lively and interesting variety of food which is relevant to customer needs and environment
- Ensure waste is recorded and kept to a minimum
- Ensure all food production is produced within the established cost criteria for the catering unit
- Complete all menu planning & ordering,
- Supervise, support and deliver all services, special functions etc. to the standard of operational requirements

- Ensure food, as per menu, is available for service times and is correctly portioned and garnished
- To assist and ensure that both Breakfast and Lunch services are set up and ready 15 minutes prior to opening times
What we’re looking for
- Relevant culinary qualification.
- Previous experience of working in a kitchen.
- Certificate in food safety (or willing to obtain via our online e-learning).
- Excellent team player and communicator.
