Job Description
Aramark UK is seeking a commercially savvy Finance Business Partner to join the team and play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making. This individual will work closely with the Finance Director to provide key commercial and financial inputs and insights into business performance.
The Finance Business Partner will ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and forecasting. The role will also include supporting business development (producing financial models, evaluating current operating models, etc.).
This is a full time and permanent position which can be home-based with regular travel in Scotland and Northern Ireland. UK-wide travel will be required to meet the needs of the business.

Job Responsibilities
- Producing and understanding quality financial information
- Leading the commercial modelling and completion of client returns for new business proposals
- Taking ownership of updating Salesforce
- Support in the monitoring of the Risks & Opportunities schedule, updating delivery and mitigation plans
- Develop a strong understanding of the financial systems / processes to ensure efficiency and challenge the status quo
- Prepare key balance sheet reconciliations
- Engage the business in supporting the financial agenda
- Develop an understanding for the “why” and articulate this to non-finance colleagues
Key Requirements:
- Part qualified or fully qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA), with minimum 3 years
- Extensive experience of financial systems & Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication skills ensuring projects are implemented and delivered on time
- Ability to continuously look to challenge / improve
