About the Role
We’re seeking an inspirational Head of Food & Beverage to lead a multifaceted F&B operation spanning retail outlets, dining facilities, and mess environments. You’ll set the strategic direction, elevate service standards, drive operational innovation, and ensure robust compliance across all sites.
This is a role for a confident operator who can blend creativity with commercial insight and governance discipline, while building strong relationships with stakeholders and empowering teams to deliver their best.

What You’ll Do
- Set and deliver the F&B strategy, shaping menus, concepts and service models across retail, dining, and mess settings.
- Drive operational excellence, ensuring consistent quality, strong financial performance, and outstanding customer experience.
- Lead, inspire and develop teams, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Champion innovation, introducing new ideas in food concepts, retail offerings, technology, and service delivery.
- Oversee compliance, risk, and governance, ensuring full adherence to regulatory and organisational standards.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships, including senior leaders, clients, and internal partners, influencing decision making and shaping long-term direction.
- Conduct robust audits and performance reviews, identifying opportunities for improvement and assuring operational integrity.
- Lead commercial development, analysing sales trends, driving revenue growth, and optimising cost performance.
What You’ll Bring
- Senior level experience in Food & Beverage leadership, ideally across a mix of retail, hospitality, or mess environments.
- A strong track record of strategic planning and execution within a complex multisite F&B operation.
- Deep experience in compliance, risk management, and governance frameworks.
- An innovative mindset with the ability to develop modern, customerfocused F&B solutions.
- Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Proven experience leading large, diverse teams and developing high performance cultures.
- Commercial acumen, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and driving financial improvement.
