Title:  Chef

Aramark UK is hiring a Chef for the High School of Dundee (DD1 1HU). This is a term-time only position, Mon-Fri 7.30am-3pm. Occasional Saturday mornings will also be required. You’ll be joining a small team to prepare and cook food for up to 200 pupils. An Enhanced PVG check is required for this role.

A day in the life of a Chef:

• Serve breakfast, mid-morning food and lunch to up to 200 pupils
• Deliver hospitality for school events
• Work in all areas of food preparation, cooking, serving and cleaning of food areas

You'll be set up for success if you have:

• Ideally, experience of working in a kitchen in the education sector
• Knowledge of recipe management system
• Basic knife and preparation skills
• Knowledge of HACCP food systems
