Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities Management team. The successful candidate will deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across a range of commercial building services systems, ensuring a high standard of service for our clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Service and maintain AHUs, fan coil units, split AC units, pumps, valves and associated plant equipment.
• Complete inspections, fault finding and repairs.
• Use CAFM systems to manage and update work orders.
• Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with company procedures.
• Participate in the on-call rota as required.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships on site.

Qualifications

• What We're Looking For

  • Trade qualification in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical Services, Plumbing, Electrical or a related discipline.
  • Experience working in a building services or facilities maintenance environment.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • F-Gas Category 1 certification desirable.
  • Experience with boiler plant, chillers, BMS systems and gas qualifications advantageous.
  • SafePass certification.
  • Full clean driving licence.

  • 12:00pm - 9:00pm
