Job Description
This is a front of house role in a corporate office environment that requires a professional enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills who is reliable, hardworking, and flexible.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide front of house and reception services
- Handling the clients reception duties with care, commitment and always in a courteous manner
- Managing and responding to the client’s customer’s requirements and requests to ensure a high level of customer support
- Anticipate, welcome and announce visitor arrivals
- Management of visitor access cards in accordance with client policies.
- Operating a switchboard
- Telephone enquiries (internal & external)
- Distributing calls throughout the building, taking messages if necessary and e-mail relevant individuals without delay
- Handle couriers and post deliveries and collections
- Liaise with post room ensuring a co-ordinated approach to incoming and outgoing post management.
- Meeting room booking
- Keep reception area neat and tidy
- Check e-mails each morning and react accordingly
- Maintaining accurate and efficient management information systems
- Book taxis in line with the client’s policy and procedures
- Book couriers in line with the client’s policy
- Ensure all activities are carried out are in accordance with H and S policies
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years similar experience
- Previous reception experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Professional oral and written communication skills
