Sports & Entertainment – People and Culture Manager 
Aramark Ireland is currently recruiting for a People & Culture Manager (Strategic & Operational Workforce Planner) across our sites in the Sports & Entertainment sector, for example Croke Park, Thomand Park, Punchestown Racecourse, reporting to the Key Account Director.
The successful applicant will lead and drive a proactive approach for strategic and operational workforce planning across this division, with robust processes, mechanisms, and tools to plan future workforce needs.
The role will require the individual to manage scheduling and workforce planning requirements to ensure optimum staffing levels across this busy division.  The candidate will be required to analyse data and interpret information relevant to supporting resourcing requirements as well as being able to manage relationships at all levels with the aim of continually improving the service delivery performance across the operation. Understanding the organisation and its culture, analysing the current workforce and determining future needs, identify workforce gaps and putting in place actions to address them, while monitoring and evaluating impact within a continuous development cycle.
This role will be hands on to ensure the success of the business and will involve continuous review of the entire operation to ensure resourcing models are adapted and flexed to ensure the highest standards of service to our clients/customers. The operational and support functions will depend on this team for data, forecasting and identifying future trends to drive organisational success.
(All other HR/ER/HRSS/Total Reward/L&D/E, D&I support will be provided by the central HR Team)

Job Responsibilities

KEY OBJECTIVES
•    Ensure the operation receives rotas and time plans in line with budget and unit requirements.
•    Identify resourcing challenges and pro-actively work to maintain business continuity.
•    Acting as the operational staffing subject matter expert on employee resourcing to provide innovative, cost effective and timely solutions.
•    Using existing tools such as MyWorkLife (SAP Success Factors) Work Jam (Communication and scheduling tool) to continually  look to improve efficiency and capitalise on revenue opportunities.
•    Working internally to build tools to aid the organisations objectives and strategies.
•    Ensuring the company culture and values is represented throughout the resourcing process.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
•    To lead the overall manpower planning and operational resourcing plans in line with demand-based scheduling while exceeding both operational and financial targets.
•    Execute on budget forecasts and own the development and implementation of staffing and metric models, reporting and analysis.
•    Lead the teams across the different functions of scheduling, payroll, training and talent acquisition to ensure smooth and productive operations at all times.
•    Develop reporting processes, dashboards, and presentations to fulfil senior leadership reporting needs.
•    Lead the planning team in producing operational rosters across all operational departments to ensure the daily operation is seamless in delivery.
•    Continually look for ways to improve the efficiency of resourcing across the different SLE sites. 
•    Assist in developing contingency plans to ensure the sites are resourced accordingly in the instance of both internal and external change.
•    Partner with the different sites and departments to optimise resource planning requirements for revenue, cost, and guest experience.
•    Focus on team engagement to improve employee satisfaction, understanding of job and responsibility, teamwork and working environment.
•    Act as a role model for the Aramark values.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience:
•    Expert knowledge of Strategic Workforce Planning principles and ability to develop and implement an organisational workforce strategy.
•    Experience in working with diverse and complex team structures, and showing an understanding of organisational design, career pathways, succession planning, and talent management aims and principles.
•    Understanding of organisational HR and People strategies aligned to the wider aims of the organisation and ability to work as part of a large team.
•    Expertise in data analysis and understanding of the affordability and value for money of resource requirements, workforce plans and capability frameworks to offer credible and authoritative advice to leaders and senior managers to meet the business needs.
