Job Description
Aramark is looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about the latest trends in food and coffee, brings a strong hospitality and service mindset, and has a sharp eye for branding and engaging content. You’ll play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of marketing campaigns, with a focus on measuring customer engagement and driving brand awareness, loyalty, and sales growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print & events).
Support content creation for social media, email newsletter, promotional materials, internal and external videos and seasonal campaigns
Performance management and analytics
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
Assist in organising events, trade shows, and internal competitions
Brief any creative content with external agencies
Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems.
Support the development of customer loyalty programs and seasonal promotions.
Support the teams in new unit openings
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in a marketing role (internships or placements welcome).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Canva).
Creative mindset with familiarity of design programmes
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Passion for hospitality and service is a plus.
Full clean driving licence, car and the ability to travel when required
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of SEO
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative, Canva).
- Understanding of brand development and customer engagement strategies.
