Aramark is looking to recruit a Hospitality Assistant to join the Aramark food services team based at KPMG Stokes Place, St. Stephen’s Green.

The Hospitality Assistant will support the daily catering and hospitality operations on site, ensuring all services are delivered to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and customer care. Working closely with the hospitality and kitchen teams, this role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual with a passion for service excellence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, efficient, and friendly service to all clients and guests.
  • Support the setup, service, and breakdown of hospitality events, meetings, and functions.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all service areas, meeting rooms, and hospitality spaces.
  • Ensure all food and beverages are presented in accordance with Aramark’s quality standards.
  • Assist in stock control and replenishment of supplies.
  • Operate equipment safely and ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed.
  • Liaise with the Hospitality Supervisor or Manager to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client and guest requests or feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across catering, facilities, and client services.
  • Promote a positive and professional image of Aramark at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hospitality, catering, or customer service role (corporate or contract catering preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to multitask.
  • A positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Basic food safety and hygiene knowledge (training will be provided if not already held).
  • Full time working visa with flexibility for evening work
