Aramark Workplace Solutions (AWS) are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator based in The OPW Helpdesk in Santry, Dublin.  This is permanent position report directly to the Helpdesk Supervisor.  This role supports the delivery of contracted services to our Clients. The successful candidate will be proactive and self-motivated in managing the OPW call database, and associated filing system and will have the ability to develop and maintain excellent rapport with OPW Clients, customers, OPW staff and maintenance contractors.


**This is a full time and permanent role.

Job Responsibilities

•    Ensuring that accurate information is entered into the onsite call logging system.
•    Maintaining and updating all electronic filing.
•    Leasing and Issuing work orders to Sub-Contractors.
•    Presenting issues to the Supervisor for clarification on an ongoing basis.
•    Contacting maintenance contractors directly on queries of service.
•    Operating and maintenance of the OPW Visibility Call Logging System
•    To support Helpdesk Operations when required to do so as instructed by the Helpdesk Supervisor for example (call logging, invoicing, and any admin duties required)
•    To be proactive and flexible in supporting general office / Contract / Helpdesk administration duties as required


•    Two year’ experience in a similar facilities administration role.
•    Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
•    The ability to communicate effectively, over the telephone, email and face to face is essential.
•    Planning and organizational skills are also required as the role requires balancing many different duties and being able to priorities them.
•    Ability to accurately complete tasks assignments in timely manner.
•    Experience of working within a fast paced office environment.
•    Dependable and flexible, able to work independently as well as part of a team.
•    Experience of working within a busy office environment.
•    Educated to Leaving Certificate Level.
•    High level working knowledge of MS office packages, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
•    Understanding of planned maintenance procedures & building assets.
•    A basic understanding of good health & safety practices.
