Job Description

The HRIS Service Specialist will play a key role in supporting HR operations by executing HR administrative tasks within the SAP MyWorklife platform. Performs complex tasks independently, supports systems, contributes to process improvements, collaborates cross-functionally.

 

This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a passion for process excellence, and a solid understanding of HR systems, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee lifecycle transactions in line with service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Execute HR administrative tasks using SAP MyWorkLife, including onboarding, contract generation, employee data updates, and offboarding.
  • Ensure HR data is gathered, processed, and stored accurately and securely in line with internal policies and local employment legislation.
  • Respond to employee and stakeholder queries via the internal ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow), ensuring timely and professional resolution.
  • Support the implementation of new processes and system enhancements within SAP MyWorkLife.
  • Maintain documentation and process guides for SAP MyWorkLife transactions.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide support to managers and employees (e.g., login problems, workflow errors).
  • Deliver training or create user guides to help stakeholders use MyWorkLife effectively.
  • Participate in audits and reporting activities related to HR data and system usage.
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and support reporting requirements.
  • Monitor and respond to user information requests in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Collate user requirements to inform future system developments and enhancements.
  • Represent HR in system development discussions and ensure relevant HR staff are informed and trained on system updates.

 

 

Skills & Experience

 

  • 2+ years’ experience in HR administration or shared services, ideally within a multinational environment.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP MyWorkLife or similar HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Employee Central).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems and service level agreements (ideally ServiceNow).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Training or experience in SAP HR modules, including SuccessFactors or Employee Central required.
