Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our facilities team in Dublin, Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for a conscientious individual who takes pride in maintaining clean, hygienic, and well-presented environments. You will play a vital role in ensuring our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, contributing to a safe and welcoming space for all who use our premises. • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all designated areas, including offices, communal spaces, and facilities
• Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with company procedures and health and safety regulations - Perform a range of cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitising surfaces, and restocking supplies such as soap and toilet rolls
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or health and safety concerns promptly to management - Complete all cleaning records and documentation accurately and thoroughly where required - Work independently and collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient completion of cleaning schedules - Prioritise tasks effectively and manage workload to meet daily objectives
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours, including weekend work when required - Maintain professional standards and courtesy when interacting with colleagues and building occupants - Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided - Strong attention to detail and unwavering commitment to maintaining high standards - Ability to work both independently and effectively as part of a collaborative team - Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work and responsibilities
• Good understanding of health and safety practices and procedures - Physical fitness and capability to perform manual cleaning tasks - Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively - Flexible approach to working hours, including availability for weekend work
• Clear communication skills and ability to follow instructions and procedures - Problem-solving ability and resilience when faced with challenges - Trustworthiness, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality - Willingness to learn and develop skills through induction and ongoing training - Inclusive mindset with respect for diversity and collaborative working practices
