Barista at the GUINNESS STOREHOUSE 
 
An excellent opportunity has arisen in this high profile site for a Catering Services Worker The Guinness Storehouse has a variety of unique restaurants, bars and event spaces and the capacity to hold events for up to 2000 people. Reporting directly to the Seasons Visitor Catering Manager and working actively with the senior management team, this position will have responsibility for leading a  team in the delivery of unique world class customer service to our daily visitors.

Job Responsibilities

The ideal Candidates must possess the following:

•    Previous experience in a similar role with a minimum of 2 year's experience.
•    Demonstrates excellent people management skills.
•    A passion for coffee and service and the ability to innovate in this area.
•    Professional and friendly nature.
•    Focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service
•    Flexibility and ability to work as a team and also on their own initiative 
•    Bubbly outgoing personality essential.
•    The ability to manage in a diverse and pressurized environment with a focus on client and customer services.
•    Actively seeks change, a self-motivator and is ready to challenge in the interest of continuous improvement
•    Hourly rate of €12.50 per hour based on a 5 over 7day week.
