Seasons at the Guinness Storehouse are recruiting highly motivated catering, bar & lounge staff to support our current catering & events offer & also our Guinness & food experience. Located in the heart of the working St. James's Gate Brewery in Dublin, Guinness Storehouse is one of the most exciting and unusual Dublin conference & events venues with breath taking views of the Dublin city skyline and the ability to cater for up to 2000 guests.
 

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service, ensuring guests have a fantastic dining experience. You will assist with food and drink service, maintain cleanliness, and provide outstanding customer care.

Key Responsibilities:
    Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
    Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently.
    Delivering exceptional  customer experience across out buinness 
    Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant/bar and event space
    Work as part of a team to create a welcoming atmosphere.
    Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in all service areas.
    Handle payments and operate the till system.
    Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
    Working across our daytime food and Beverage outlet and events business 

Qualifications

    Previous experience in hospitality or customer service.
    A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
    A passion for great food, drinks, and customer experiences.
