Aramark Workplace Solutions is currently recruiting for a Facilities Account Manager to manage the delivery of the existing FM contract based in the city centre with responsibility for Hard, Soft, Project Management and Security Services reporting to the Key Account Director.  This includes the management of the customer interface, ensuring a high profile in the day-to-day running of the site and a consistently strong link to all key stakeholders. This is an active and visible role requiring excellent customer relationship and supplier management skills.

Job Responsibilities

•Responsibility for all day-to-day management, control, co-ordination, execution of all operations under their remit.

•Take full responsibility for all quality, environmental and health & safety issues and ensure compliance with company policies and arrangements including the effective closing out of audit action plans.

•Compliance with contractual requirements.

•Client satisfaction and the quality of service provided.

•Identifying and implementing innovations to improve service delivery.

•Provision of technical advice and problem-solving function.

•Provide management support to service managers as required.

•Conduct regular site audits to ensure that the specified standard of work is maintained, and all site logs and documentation are kept up to date.

•Full financial account management ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and full responsibility for P&L

•Ensure the development and identify potential of all direct reports, to encourage resilience and succession planning within the account and the organization.

•Ensuring the availability of and if required participation in the provision of a 24 hour per day 365 days per year emergency on call service as required.

Qualifications

•Formal technical education in facility management or mechanical / electrical discipline to a minimum of a Senior Trades or equivalent qualification level and a minimum of at least 3 years relevant experience in Facility Management.

•A formal H&S qualification i.e., IOSH certificate or similar is advantageous.

•Accreditation to IPFMA or IFMA is advantageous.

•Previous experience of managing people.

•Good IT / computer skills.

•A pro-active attitude.

•Excellent communication skills including verbal and the written word.
