Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Electrician / Facilities Technician to join the Facilities team at our corporate Head Office in Dublin 8. The role is responsible for electrical maintenance, general building services, and supporting office and event set-ups across the site, with participation in an on-call rota covering the Dublin region.

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance and fault finding
• Ensure all electrical works comply with current Safe Electric / ETCI regulations
• Maintain lighting, power, and general building services
• Support HVAC, fire alarms, emergency lighting, and access control systems
• Assist with internal events, meetings, and corporate functions
• Set up and dismantle event and meeting spaces, including power, lighting, AV support, and furniture layouts
• Support office moves, desk reconfigurations, and space changes
• Provide reactive support as part of an on-call rota for sites across the Dublin region
• Liaise with external contractors and monitor works on site

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician with a recognised Irish electrical apprenticeship
• Current Safe Electric (RECI / ECSSA) registration or eligibility
• Experience in a commercial, facilities, or corporate environment preferred
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation
• Flexible, hands-on approach with good communication skills
