Job Description
This supervisor position is vital to overseeing the operations of their location to ensure all food and drink is prepared and served according to health and safety regulations, the facility is clean and the customers are satisfied with their service. They assist in managing the staff and play a large role in the ability to maintain positive employee relations.
Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00
Job Responsibilities
Oversees the setting up of work areas.
Oversees the sanitation of work areas, including worktables, walls, refrigerators, chopping boards, equipment, and utensils.
Supervises workers on duty and ensures adherence to the Aramark food handling policy.
Oversees the serving of food and drink items according to recipes and brand requirements.
Ensures staff HACCP compliance.
Provides ongoing mentoring and performance feedback to staff members.
Ensures proper disposal of waste by staff.
Ensures correct ordering and inventory standards using par lists and ordering guides.
Maintains a safe work environment by enforcing all safety standards and assisting with safety observations.
Ensures HACCP paperwork is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
Supervises the delivery of hospitality bookings, ensuring they meet customer needs and are well presented.
Places orders using approved suppliers.
Ensures teams carry out stock rotation and assists with stock checks as required.
Qualifications
Previous supervisory experience desirable in a food services or retail environment.
Full training will be provided for this multi‑service role.
Self‑motivated and customer‑focused.
Maintains a positive attitude at all times.
Follows instructions well with a strong willingness to learn.
