Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team working at RNLI College, Poole, Dorset, BH15 1HZ

You will be responsible for managing a team of employees, ensuring all cleaning tasks are delegated and completed, placing orders, cleaning accommodation and offices on site. You will be cleaning to a high standard, ensuring all tasks are complete in good time and all equipment is stored safely.

What we offer: 
⦁    This is a full time position, 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7 including weekends. Shifts range between 7am - 5pm.
⦁    The annual salary is £26,000.

A day in the life of a Cleaning Supervisor:

  • Cleaning offices, toilets and amenity areas
  • Assisting the Cleaning Manager with Stock Take, Ordering and Team Management
  • Engaging with guests and team to ensure that all our guests have a comfortable stay
  • Cleaning guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a very high standard
  • Assisting with Hr tasks such as Team Meetings, Appraisals, One to ones etc.
  • Maintaining all housekeeping equipment in good working order and maintaining adequate record as required
  • Assisting another departments if applicable
  • Assisting with the Weekly rota and payroll reconciliation. 
  • Conducting cleaning audits across the site 
  • Able to effectively manage a team and be a team player
