We are currently recruiting for a Bar Assistant to be a part of our fantastic team at Aldergrove Flying Station, Crumlin BT29 4BP

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and serve beverages to customers.
  • Carry out a professional bar service (must be 18+)
  • Checking ID on entry
  • Client focus – providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Stocking up the bar area
  • Glass collection
  • Organising and helping with events
  • Perform daily paperwork and keep diligent records as required
  • Sweeping/Mopping and general housekeeping to ensure areas are cleaned to a high standard at all times.
  • Preparation of any other public facing areas as required.
  • Assist with stock control, stock checks and orders.
  • Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications.
     

Experience

  • Must be 18+
  • Previous experience working in a bar is desirable but full training will be given to the right candidate
  • Must be a great team player 
  • An Access NI check is required for this role.
