We are currently seeking a Site Administrator
Job Responsibilities
Provide efficient administrative and clerical support for smooth daily operations.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails.Manage diaries, schedules, and meeting arrangements.Prepare, format, and file documents and reports.
Maintain accurate records and databases.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Support management and team members with general admin tasks.Order stock and supplies, manage stock levels.
Assist with HR onboarding paperwork and basic HR administration.
Perform electronic and manual stock transfers.
Manage cash and credit card transactions, compliance controls, and banking.
Handle lottery and newspaper data submissions to company systems.
Raise purchase orders for goods or hospitality services.Use all company systems as trained.
Deal with general phone or email enquiries.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years’ experience in hospitality or similar environments.
- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Strong communication and organisational skills with a solutions-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Professional and confident manner.
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience using Aramark or database systems.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or invoicing.
- Experience in a fast-paced office environment.

- Able to work independently when required.
Additional Requirements
- Garda Vetting required for this role.
