Job Description

he Food Service Worker is responsible for sandwich preparing food according to recipes and production guidelines this would be an early start 3am or 4am so a car would be benefit free parking on site its full time role

Job Responsibilities

Prepare sandwiches, wraps, and paninis for the out‑market kitchen concept before main service begins at 7am.
Ensure all food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures are strictly followed.
Serve food and/or beverages to customers to company standards.
Adhere to all food hygiene regulations, including HACCP guidelines.
Carry out cleaning duties related to service, equipment, and furniture.
Prepare service areas and service points.
Clean and replenish service equipment.
Correctly store food items and equipment after service.
Monitor and record food and equipment temperatures.
Handle cash transactions and follow accurate cash‑handling and till procedures.
Attend all required in‑house training sessions.
Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform in line with company regulations.
Present a positive image to ensure strong customer relations.
Support the promotion and implementation of company health & safety policies.
Support the promotion and implementation of all company policies and procedures.
Undertake other tasks as assigned by management to ensure smooth department operations.
Perform barista duties as required.

Excellent customer service skills and a courteous manner.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to complete assigned paperwork accurately.
Dedication, self‑motivation, and good timekeeping.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of personal hygiene.

Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience in a catering environment is desirable.
On‑the‑job training provided.
Must obtain a basic food hygiene qualification within the first six months.
Knowledge of food hygiene requirements, including HACCP.
Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar environment.
Good understanding of English.
Customer service experience.
