Job Description

Aramark is currently recruiting a Catering Assistant to join one of our successful onsite teams. The role involves delivering a high-quality catering service in line with Aramark’s standardised programmes, ensuring that client and customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

Job Responsibilities

Serving food and/or beverages to customers in accordance with Aramark standards
Carrying out cleaning duties associated with food service, including equipment and furniture
Preparing service areas and service points prior to service
Ensuring correct storage of food items and equipment after service
Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform at all times
Presenting a professional image that promotes positive customer relations
Complying with and supporting the implementation of Aramark’s Health & Safety policies
Complying with and supporting the implementation of the Company’s Equal Opportunities policy
Undertaking any additional duties as required to meet the changing needs of the business

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Good communication skills
Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and food safety standards
Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene
Time management skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
