Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Goods In & Purchasing Supervisor to join a highly dynamic team at a prestigious large client campus with over 5,000 employees and a growing multi-site operation.
This role operates within a high-profile global tech company, delivering a 5‑star food service experience.
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of Goods In and purchasing activities. You will support Aramark’s commitment to service excellence, innovation, and consistency while leading the team to exceed both client and customer expectations.
This is a field-based position, covering multiple Goods In areas across the campus.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee the Goods In team and all associated processes
Ensure full HACCP, Health & Safety, and food safety compliance
Manage delivery dockets and invoice processing accurately
Support route planning for internal goods transportation across site
Manage stock levels for food and non-food items
Provide interdepartmental support across purchasing and stock transfers between sites
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
Source innovative and high-quality products aligned with client expectations
Drive continuous improvement across purchasing, stock control, and logistics processes
Lead and support a small team to deliver consistent, high-quality service
Qualifications
Proven Goods In experience (essential)
Strong attention to detail
Commercial and financial acumen with solid stock control knowledge
Passion for food ingredients and provenance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
People management experience (small team leadership)
Logistics and route planning knowledge
Strong IT skills: MS Office essential; procurement software experience desirable
Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Full clean EU driving licence required (essential)
Field-based role across multiple locations on client campus
