We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Nutritional and Culinary Administrator at one of Aramark Ireland’s key client sites within a world-leading technology company based in Hollyhill, Cork. This is a full-time role requiring flexibility across a 5 over 7 working pattern.
The Nutritional and Culinary Administrator will join the Nutritional team and report directly to the Nutritional Manager. The role involves responsibility for menu collection, formatting, editing, and publishing in line with culinary standard operating procedures and direction from the Nutritional Manager.
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented individual with a strong command of the English language and excellent written communication skills. This is a fast-paced role requiring motivation, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
The successful candidate will support the daily management and presentation of menus across internal platforms. You will carry out administrative duties as required by the Nutritional Manager, Executive Head Chef, and Business Support teams, with a core focus on menu accuracy and allergen presentation.
A strong awareness of nutritional information, dietary requirements, and allergens is essential to succeed in this role.

Job Responsibilities

Be able to follow instructions for daily and weekly tasks while liaising effectively with team members. Approach all tasks and colleagues with patience, professionalism, and understanding. Demonstrate a strong understanding of ingredients, dietary information, and allergens used in menu items.
Responsible for creating, editing, and posting menus ежедневно on an internal website and app in a timely and accurate manner. Regularly check the website and app to ensure there are no discrepancies, including price or allergen errors.
Take and upload high-quality photos to accompany menu items. Collate detailed menu information two weeks in advance from multiple kitchens across several units, using recipe cards provided by Lead Chefs. Provide support to the wider team by assisting with shift cover, annual leave, and weekend requirements.
Liaise closely with Lead Chefs to ensure full understanding of menu items, including allergens and components. Maintain a comprehensive bank of recipes and photos for audit and investigation purposes. Build and maintain strong working relationships with culinary leads, front-of-house teams, and senior management.
Follow a structured protein calendar to avoid duplication of dishes across units. Communicate clearly and consistently with the Nutritional team on daily and weekly priorities. Demonstrate the ability to multitask, reprioritise effectively, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Maintain excellent phone and email etiquette at all times.

Qualifications

Degree in Nutrition, Culinary Arts, or a related field (essential)
Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment (essential)
Exceptional attention to detail (essential)
Strong Microsoft Office skills (essential)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good knowledge of food safety standards
Strong awareness of the 14 main allergens and dietary requirements
Excellent command of the English language
