Job Description

Service food and/or beverages to customers to company standards.
Ensure compliance with all food hygiene regulations, especially HACCP.
Perform cleaning duties related to service equipment and furniture.
Prepare service areas and service points.
Clean and replenish service equipment.
Accurately store food items and equipment after service.
Assemble and serve food efficiently, including light cooking when required.Monitor and record food and equipment temperatures.
Handle cash transactions and follow company cash handling procedures.Attend in-house training sessions.Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform per company regulations.Present a professional image to ensure good customer relations.
Comply with and promote company health & safety policies.Comply with and promote company policies and procedures.Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth operations.Carry out Barista duties as required.
Demonstrate interest in food and service.Deliver excellent customer service with a courteous manner.Work independently and as part of a team.Complete paperwork as assigned by your line manager.Show dedication, self-motivation, and good timekeeping.Maintain high standards of personal hygiene.

Job Responsibilities

Previous experience in a catering environment desirable (training provided).
Must acquire basic food hygiene qualification within first six months.
Knowledge of Food Hygiene including HACCP.Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar environment.
Good understanding of English.Customer service experience (full training provided).
 
Garda Vetting required for this role.
