Title:  Duty Manager

Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen in this high profile site a duty manager within our Food Republic restaurant in Cork Airport. Reporting directly to the General Manager and working actively with chef, this position will have responsibility for leading a team in the delivery of unique world class customer service to our daily customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Previous experience in a similar role with a minimum of 2 year’s experience.

• Demonstrates excellent people management skills.

• Professional and friendly nature.

• Focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service

• Flexibility and ability to work as a team and also on their own initiative 

• The ability to manage in a diverse and pressurised environment with a focus on client and customer services.

• Actively seeks change, a self-motivator and is ready to challenge in the interest of continuous improvement

• Hourly rate based on experience or in a similar 5 over 7day week operation.

• Should be available to work early mornings and evenings
