A rare and exciting opportunity to join the team as a Culinary Administration & Nutrition lead at one of Aramark Northern Europe key client sites inside a world leading tech company at Hollyhill, Cork. This is a full time role (5/7 days)
39 hours per week - Monday to Friday 06:00-14:30, may have to work the odd Saturday for cover.
Job Responsibilities
The Culinary Administration & Nutrition Lead is responsible for menu collection, formatting, editing, posting menus in line with changes as directed. Successful candidate will maintain management of the app and how it is presented. Performs administrative duties as requested by the Executive Head Chef & kitchen management team, with the focus on menus and allergen display, on electronic platforms.
Job responsibilities:
- Good understanding of ingredients & allergens used in menu items
- Responsible for creating, edit and posting menus on an internal webpage and app on a daily basis
- Responsible for uploading photos to accompany all menu items
- Collating detailed menu information 3 weeks in advance from 9 separate kitchens
- Leading the menu maker team
- Interacting with Lead chefs confirming and editing content
- Maintain a bank of recipes and photos for reference
- Maintain good relationship with Culinary leads and clients
- Following a ‘protein tracker’ to avoid duplicate dishes / types between the restaurants
Qualifications
- Food Hygiene or relevant field degree (not essential)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent Communication skills
- Food knowledge
- Awareness of the 14 food allergens
- Good Typing and IT skills
- Excellent understanding of English
- Be able to manage a team and be a team player
