Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and hands‑on Working Team Leader to join the Cleaning Division at Aramark. This role involves working closely with the Industrial Cleaning team to deliver high‑quality services while maintaining excellent health and safety standards on site.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of cleaners during daily on‑site operations
Work hands‑on alongside the team, including power washing and industrial cleaning duties
Plan, coordinate and allocate daily schedules and workloads
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and within agreed deadlines
Maintain strict compliance with all Health & Safety policies and procedures
Monitor site standards and address issues promptly
Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth operations
Lead by example, promoting a strong safety culture and positive team environment

Qualifications

Previous experience in cleaning or industrial cleaning (leadership experience desirable)
Hands‑on experience using power washing and industrial cleaning equipment
Strong knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety practices
Safe Pass certification (required)
IPAF certification (preferred)
Full, clean driving licence (required)
Reliable, organised and capable of leading a team by example
