Job Description
We are seeking an organised and professional Administrator to join our team in Cork, Ireland. This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to provide essential administrative support to our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, supporting various departments, and ensuring smooth organisational functioning through efficient administrative practices.
- Manage office schedules, appointments, and calendar systems for senior staff and departments • Prepare, format, and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and correspondence
- Implement and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of information • Provide administrative support to multiple departments and stakeholders, responding promptly to requests • Perform data entry tasks with precision and maintain accurate records and databases • Coordinate office services, including facilities management, supplies ordering, and vendor liaison
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email management and telephone enquiries • Assist with the organisation and coordination of meetings, events, and conferences • Support the induction process for new staff members and provide general office guidance • Identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance administrative efficiency • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
**Required Skills and Experience:** • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organisational and time management abilities • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
