We are currently recruiting for a Food Service Assistant to be a part of our integral team at Colchester Institute, Colchester, CO3 3LL

• £11.44 per hour
• Part time - 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday with weekends off

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and serve food and beverages
• Coffee making
• General kitchen duties
• Basic food preperation
• General kitchen duties
• Operating the till, taking payments and keep any financial records required
• Clean front and back of house areas
• Stocking up and stock rotation
• Follow food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements
• Undertake relevant training as required

Experience

• Previous catering/hospitality experience is desirable however full training will be given
• Good customer service skills
• Problem solver and thinks on their feet
• Excellent customer service skills and a great team player!
