What you’ll be doing

• Please list main job responsibilities 
• Supervise the team within the hospitality area and manage day to day operations of the unit
• Leading shifts and ensuring tasks are delegated correctly and efficiently to team members
• Maintain food safety standards
• Assist with rota scheduling and holiday cover
• Stock management and ordering 
• Catering duties including ensuring the unit is clean and presentable
• Till operation and cashing up 
• Training staff 
• Dealing with any customer feedback in a timely manner.

Experience

• DBS Checks will be required
• Previous supervisory experience desirable
• Food safety experience is an advantage
• Excellent customer service skills
