Join Our Culinary Team – Chef Manager Wanted

Location: Dale Barracks, Chester, CH2 4BD  
Pay: £13.42/hour 
Hours: 37.5 (5 days over 7, including occasional weekends) 
Shifts: Between 06:30 and 19:00 – enjoy your free evenings! 

We’re hiring a Chef Manager to join our passionate team at Dale Barracks. If you’re ready to grow your culinary career with a world-leading organisation that values work-life balance, this is your chance. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Prepare hot and cold food for the deli grab & go and hot counter food service for both breakfast and lunchtime.   
• Organise and coordinate fine dining and hospitality events. 
• Train and mentor, all team members. 
• Follow recipes and maintain kitchen records.
• Placing orders and stock rotation, carrying out regular stock takes and completing the relevant back-office paperwork. 
• Assist with stock checks, orders, and deep cleans.

What We're Looking For:

• Relevant culinary qualification (706/1, 706/2 or equivalent).
• Team player with effective communication skills.
• Confident, flexible, and innovative.
• Able to pass DBS and security vetting (UK resident for 3+ years).
