We are currently recruiting a Bar Steward to be a part of our team in The Dale Barracks, Liverpool Road, Chester, CH2 4BD

What you'll be doing

⦁ Bar service

⦁ Counter service and upselling

⦁ Operating the till and taking payments

⦁ Challenge 25

⦁ Bar preparation and serving drinks

⦁ General housekeeping

⦁ Stocking up and stock rotation using the FIFO method

⦁ Occasional service of food

⦁ Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults or hazards identified during the course of your shift.

⦁ Kitchen cleaning including pot wash and dishwashing

⦁ General cleaning of dining rooms and accommodation

 

Experience

  • A DBS check will be required to complete the application process
  • Must be 18+
  • Experience in hospitality or food service is desirable however full training will be given for this multi operational role.
