Title:  Theme Park Onboarding Coordinator

As our new Theme Park Onboarding Co-ordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Food & Beverage department, delivering fun, engaging training and manging key recruitment tasks to help us build and develop a world-class team.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment for seasonal and permanent Food & Beverage roles
• Attending internal and external recruitment events, building relationships in the local area
• Screening candidates and tracking applications using our ATS
• Leading front-line interviews and supporting with recruitment events
• Running smooth, welcoming new starter inductions
• Communicating essential standards in Food Safety and Health & Safety 
• Identifying training needs and supporting the management in upskilling employees
• Logging and tracking training completions and ensuring renewals are up to date
• Keeping records organised and accurate, from training logs to job applications

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle
• Is a confident communicator and natural team motivator
• Has strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Brings a passion for developing others and helping teams achieve operational excellence
• Can prioritise tasks effectively and work at pace
• Has previous experience or an understanding of hospitality, F&B, or theme park operations
• Maintains a positive, proactive attitude and thrives in a collaborative environment
• Brings experience in recruitment or training (desirable but not essential)
