Title:  Hotel Bar Staff

We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Bar Staff to deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to our vibrant and exciting atmosphere over our busy festive period.

Position: Bar Staff Member

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following recipes and guidelines
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, utilizing our point-of-sale systems
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Monitor and maintain stock levels, restocking supplies as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations during busy periods
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and licensing regulations

Requirements:

• Previous bar experience is essential, with a strong understanding of bar operations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour
• Ability to work effectively under pressure , multitask, and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in handling cash transactions
• A positive attitude and a willingness to work flexible hours
• Must be at least 18 years old
