Title:  Grill Chef

Aramark UK have a fantastic opportunity for a Grill Chef to join our team at Chessington World of Adventures.

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing kitchen team based at one of the UK's most popular theme parks.

Aramark provides world-class contract catering services to our extensive list of clients across the UK. We are incredibly lucky to have some of the best Culinary and Catering talent that the UK has to offer working within our teams.

Job responsibilities include

• Preparing and cooking food for our hotel guests
• Having full knowledge of all menu items served
• Work collaboratively with the other chefs regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage
• Work collaboratively with the other chefs regarding the maintenance of food levels, food quality and brand standards
• You will be working across the workstation and not just focused on grill
• Maintaining high food hygiene and health and safety standards
• Working with the other chefs to make sure all shift opening and closing checklists are completed
• Learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks and undertake relevant kitchen training as required

The Ideal Chef

• Excellent awareness of food hygiene standards
• Driven to learn and develop as a chef
• Basic kitchen experience
• Basic culinary skills
• Team player
• Good communication skills 
• High energy and a positive 'can-do' attitude

Due to the nature of the business, you will be required to work some weekends, bank holidays and evenings
