We are currently recruiting for a Casual Chef de Partie to join our hotel team at Chessington World Of Adventures.

 

The ingredients for success

You will have worked in a busy kitchen environment in a role supporting your head chef or kitchen manager, or you are looking for your next step in responsibility. Your mission is clear, you must deliver first class food to our customers, with exceptional standards of presentation, hygiene and organisation - this is a role with a high volume of covers and will be busy!

 

Pay, benefits and more

You will be working on a casual 'as and when' required basis with no set hours per week, with an hourly rate of up to £14.00 DOE. Your main responsibilities will include

  • To maintain food hygiene, service and presentation to standard
  • Working on either breakfast or dinner service
  • Deliver first class food throughout service

 

Qualifications and experience needed

  • Relevant culinary qualification
  • 1-2 years experience in a professional kitchen
  • Experience in industrial catering
  • A passion for food and service
  • Flexible approach to hours and duties
