Are you a Beer Barista, a Cocktail Queen or a Mixologist in the making? Would you like to work in one of our bars in Chessington World of Adventures? where every day you will be making peoples lives a bit more fun? (Just what we all need after the last few years). We are currently recruiting for our bars team, where you will be pulling the pumps, popping the corks and bringing smiles to the general public.

A typical day with your team

No day is ever going to be the same, but your main duties will include

  • Serving drinks to the correct measures and of course in the right type of glass
  • Taking payments in cash and card
  • Restocking the fridges and changing barrels (we don’t want to run out)
  • Keep the venue clean, tidy and hygienic
  • Undertake all tasks assigned to you, and work in a safe and respectful manner towards your colleagues and customers alike

This is just a sample of your daily tasks, but be sure to know, no day will be the same and you will have a blast from start to finish of your shift.

Pay, benefits and more

You will be working up to 40 hours per week on a Permanent Variable contract, with an hourly rate up to £9, on a any 5 from 7 shift pattern. Skills needed to succeed

  • Food hygiene certificate – Level 2 desirable. However, relevant training will be provided
  • As the role involves running bars you will need to be a minimum of 18 years old
  • Previous hospitality and bar work experience desirable
  • Good level of spoken English 
  • Basic numeracy skills 
  • A great can-do attitude
