An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Aramark team based on site at Chessington World of Adventures as an Assistant Bar & Restaurant Manager leading our fantastic and talented front of house team, We are recruiting this role on a full time and permanent basis.

Exceptional customer service skills, administration skills and team leadership are key for this role.

A day in the life of an Assistant Bar & Restaurant Manager:
- Spearhead, mentor, and elevate an exceptional team
- Drive revenue (RPS) and achieve financial objectives
- Track and manage daily wage percentage
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organisation, both front and back of house
- Delight guests and handle any concerns with unwavering positivity
- Master inventory management and foster strong relationships with other departments
- Act as a liaison between the front of house and kitchen staff
You'll be set up for success if you have:
- Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced F&B establishments ideally high volume hotel, high street or holiday parks
- Proficiency in stock management and gross profit knowledge
- People management and rostering
- Expertise in cellar management, including line cleaning
- Food safety
